I Love Cooking.

Last night I made vegetable soup from scratch for my boyfriend, two Swiss friends, and one Dutchman- fresh carrots, red onion, potatoes, celery, corn, tons of crisp green parsley, an entire clove of garlic, ginger, lots of salt, and smoked black pepper. We ate it with crusty baguette slices and lemonade. Sometimes the most simple things are the best.
